MyRapidMD Announces Partnership with Fire Fighter Cancer Foundation;
Launches Company's Charitable Initiative: AN-POP

MyRapidMD's AN-POP Donates 10% of Signup and Annual Renewal Fees Back
To AN-POP Partner - The Fire Fighter Cancer Foundation.

MARINA DEL REY, CA - (April 10th Fire Department Instructors Course - FDIC Indianapolis: Booth #264) - MyRapidMD www.myrapidmd.com, developer of the award-winning Emergency Service Profile (ESP) cell phone application, today announced the launch of MyRapidMD's Ailment & Non Profit Organizations Program (AN-POP), a charitable initiative designed to donate a part of the company's revenues to organizations in need.

Highlighting the launch of AN-POP is a partnership with the Fire Fighter Cancer Foundation (FFCF) www.ffcancer.org, under which 10% of both the one-time signup fee as well as the annual renewal fee for ESP are, donated back to the AN-POP partner, in this case FFCF.

"Two things caught my attention when MyRapidMD approached us to partner in their AN-POP initiative," said Ms. Cindy Ell, President of FFCF. "Firstly, the product, as a retired fire fighter, critical care paramedic and cancer survivor, I recognized that a cell phone with ESP is a cell phone that could save a life. That ESP was designed in conjunction with Fire fighters, paramedics & ER nurses, provides photo ID of the cell phone owner and provides multiple backup systems that also includes a 24/7 call center puts ESP in a class of its own. ESP is the most practical & comprehensive personal medical alert solution available today at a fraction of the cost of lesser solutions. ESP makes sense and should be on all cell phones and provides the first responder and the cell phone owner an immediate, effective and efficient tool that has huge benefits to both parties. Second, we liked the uniqueness of the AN-POP charitable model itself. It helps MyRapidMD grow its ESP membership base, we (FFCF) help provide one more tool for first responders to help victims and patients in the field, and we also benefit the foundation from signup fees. More importantly, we help create our own residual income - that's very unique in the world of charitable giving."

Ms. Ell continued, "AN-POP allows us to bundle the benefits of ESP into almost any and all fund raising initiatives. ESP not only potentially saves lives, but also will now help those in need. The opportunity for FFCF to participate seemed like a natural fit. We are grateful and look forward to a long and prosperous partnership that will go a long way toward helping us improve and develop new programs to serve fire fighters who so bravely serve us all."

"We felt this was not only a great way to provide members of this organization with an outstanding medical alert service like ESP, but also give back in a unique way," said Mark White, President and Founder of MyRapidMD. "It's a great way to expose our service to a large number of people who can really use it, and at the same time help support a very worthy charitable organization that does so much for fire fighters and their families who are touched by cancer. We look forward to working with others, and expanding our Ailment & Non Profit Organizations Program. With over 24 million diabetics, and 20 million asthma and allergy sufferers in the US, I believe there is significant room for this program to grow."

MyRapidMD's ESP provides all cell phone owners the opportunity to have peace of mind without the stigma of a bracelet or necklace.

MyRapidMD's Emergency Service Profile (ESP) application provides an invaluable tool for first responders at the scene of any medical emergency, as well as peace of mind for the cell phone user. ESP turns any cell phone into an emergency information delivery system by giving users the ability to download their emergency medical & contact information into their cell phone. Once installed, first responders can quickly access that information in the event of a medical emergency or accident; cell phones and wallets are the first places emergency personnel look when seeking information. Having ESP gives first responders access to the user's vital emergency medical and contact information including blood type, allergies, medications, pacemakers, diabetic, organ donor, etc., allowing them to provide treatment more efficiently, accurately and effectively at the emergency scene and within the hospital emergency setting.

MyRapidMD will be showcasing the ESP application in conjunction with FFCF at Booth # 264 at the Fire Department Instructors Conference (FDIC) Expo 2008 on April 7-12 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.
